What this means for you if you’re selling your home:
It’s a very good time to sell your home if you live in Hopkins!
- Hopkins looks like it is continuing the strong seller’s market from over one year ago. With more closed sales and fewer new listings, the inventory is very low.
- Interest rates remain at all time lows and buyers continue to gobble up homes at record pace. We’ll just see more of a healthy tug of war between buyers and sellers and hopefully see an increase of home sale prices.
- With the spring market here, the time to act is now. If you’re thinking about selling your home in the next 6 months to one year, we highly encourage you to get your home on the market now.
- If you have the opportunity to get in the market now, it would be advantageous for you to do so!
