What this means for you if you’re selling your home:
It’s a very good time to sell your home if you live in Osseo!
It’s worth noting we are working with a smaller suburb with a very small sample size. Any anomaly makes the statistics and percentages change drastically. Because of this we see some pretty big swings in these numbers but today, Osseo’s median sales price is performing on par with the rest of the Twin Cities area.
- There continues to be a large shortage of homes on the market in Osseo. When there are 5 months of inventory we say it’s a balanced market, benefiting both homeowners and buyers alike. When we get down to 3 months of inventory we say it’s a pretty strong buyer’s market.
- There were three more new listings entering the market than there where one year ago. Truly good news if you’re going to be selling your home in the next couple of months. What are you waiting for!?!
- If you have the opportunity to get in the market now, it would be advantageous for you to do so!
