Lisa Dunn, SRES®, CSA®, CSREC · RE/MAX Results, Edina

How does Lisa Dunn help seniors sell and move, step by step?

I work in three stages: we listen, we lay out the options side by side, and we agree on one next step. Then I plan the sale around your move. I'm Lisa Dunn, SRES®, CSA®, CSREC, with RE/MAX Results, and I've used this calm, step-by-step approach with Twin Cities older adults since 2003.

What is The Change AGEnts Method?

Change is hard. We can help. The Change AGEnts Method is our three-step process for older adults and their families. We know change can be difficult, and we know the list of details seems endless. We've helped hundreds of seniors move, and we can help you too.

  1. 01

    A complimentary two-part consultation

At the first meeting, our first point of order is to understand what's important to you and what concerns you have. We'll also tour and get information about your home.

  2. 02

    Your tailored plan

The second meeting is where the magic happens. We tailor a marketing strategy for your home and a logistical plan for your move. We'll answer questions like: What should I do to prepare my home for the market? When is the right time to put the home on the market? We'll give you a step-by-step process to follow. No more need to feel overwhelmed.

  3. 03

One step at a time, together

Then, one step at a time, together, we implement the plan we've developed.

What happens on the first call?

The first 30 minutes are free. There are no forms and nothing to sign. You tell me what's going on, I ask a few questions, and we talk through the options. Adult children are welcome to join by phone or video.

How do you plan the sale around my move?

We start with your next home and its timing, then work backward: what to prepare, when to list, and how to line up closing with your move. If you're early in the process, start with the Stay, Modify or Move scorecard.

Who's involved at each step?

You, and anyone you want involved: adult children, your financial planner, an attorney, or the senior living community. I handle the real estate and keep everyone informed with your permission. See how I help and the FAQ.

Your homework

Write down your ideal move date, even if it's a guess. It's the starting point for the plan.
