How does this site use your information?
This page explains what information this site collects when you use a form or the chat, and how it's used. Your information goes only to Lisa Dunn and her team at The Change Agents Group with RE/MAX Results. It is never sold or shared.
What information does this site collect?
When you fill out a form (contact, seminar list, speaking request, joining the team, checklist downloads, or the Stay, Modify or Move scorecard), we collect what you type, such as your name, email, phone number and message.
How is my information used?
Your information goes to Lisa Dunn and her team at The Change Agents Group with RE/MAX Results so we can reply, send what you asked for, and follow up. It is stored in our contact management system (Follow Up Boss). Your information goes only to Lisa and her team. It is never sold or shared.
How does the chat assistant work?
The chat assistant is an AI assistant, not a person. To answer, your messages are sent to an AI service provider (OpenAI or Anthropic) for processing. If you share your name and email in the chat, they go to Lisa's contact system with a short summary of what you need. Questions asked in the chat are also saved without names, emails, phone numbers or addresses so Lisa can see which topics people ask about most. Please don't share sensitive details like account numbers or health records in the chat. In an emergency, call 911; for crisis support, call or text 988.
What happens when I Book a free call?
Booking is handled by Calendly, which has its own privacy policy. The name and email you enter there are shared with Lisa so she can confirm your call.
Which other services does this site use?
The site is hosted on Netlify, which processes form submissions and basic technical data needed to run the site. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
