Can I sell my parent's house without flying in?
Often, yes. We can meet by video, walk through the house on a video call, and handle many documents electronically. Your title company and attorney can tell you what needs a wet signature or notary.
Who handles the house day to day while I'm away?
I'm your local contact. I can check on the house and coordinate with local resources, and I keep you posted on what's happening.
How do we keep siblings in different states on the same page?
One plan, one point of contact, and regular updates. A short family video call at the start helps everyone hear the same thing.
